Owlchiever has its rewards – like a trip to the Riviera Maya to stay with us at the luxurious, five-diamond Fairmont Mayakoba resort!

So, whooo’s already earned enough Owlchiever Points to earn a spot on this trip to paradise?

Breanna Johnson, Executive Team Manager + Kandice Astamendi, Team Manager

Congratulations to Breanna and Kandice who earned a spot on the 2018 Owlchiever Trip in June!

And, there’s even more great news! There’s still plenty of time for YOU to earn a spot, too!

We had 246 Owlchievers in June who already have six months down – will you join them next month? (Make sure you earn it in July and August to rack up DOUBLE MONTHS.)

Here’s what these two OWL-some leaders had to say:

Kandice Astamendi, Team Manager

“Earning the trip is a goal I set for myself when it’s first announced! I know some may look at the incentive and think it’s not my favorite or dream vacation. I have the thought that I have worked hard to reach this goal. I’ve spent time away from my family doing events or Jewelry Bars®, so it’s more about how my family deserves to go! With the new July/August Double Points Incentive, it’s so much easier to reach Owlchiever! Think of being in your O2 Jumpstart months! It’s the best opportunity to earn the trip, and a second chance to have a trip you may only dream about! Put your goals out there! Get an accountability partner, and tell your friends you are going to earn a trip to stay at the Fairmont Mayakoba resort! Download the tracker, keep a few pictures right in front of you to stay focused, and let’s toast together on the beach with Chrissy and Bella and several hundred of your best Origami Owl® Designers!”

Breanna Johnson, Executive Team Manager

“The Owlchiever trip is something that I plan for every year! Once you vacation “O2 style,” you don’t want to vacation any other way! My plan to earn the trip is committing to be an Owlchiever every month not only for consistency for the growth of my business, but also because 5 Points per month for 12 months is 60 Points, which is easier than 120 Points for most people. I truly feel that if you set a plan to personally sell 1500 PV and then commit to Sponsoring at least one to two Designers each month, you’ll be able to earn one to two Sponsoring Points per month from them – by helping them strive for Storybuilder! As you Sponsor more consistently, you will eventually develop yourself into a leader (3 Points). If you Mentor your team to do what you do, then they will become leaders, as well, which will get you 3 more Points! It’s a numbers game. Also make sure you round off your PV to hit a 500 increment to get another Owlchiever Point! Every Point counts! I highly recommend checking your Back Office daily to see where you stand. Visualizing where you are, and where you need to be, helps tremendously. Seeing the numbers helps to motivate me to work harder and get more Points! Always create a plan to hit 5 Points. After all, everyone starting this month can earn the trip for 1 by being an Owlchiever every month for the rest of the year! Hope to see you all on the trip in March 2018!
