We have realigned our new 2018 Incentive Trip and all other rewards programs to our Career Plan to ensure you get the most out of your business when you’re performing the correct, consistent behaviors!

Starting March 1, here are the adjustments you can expect to the Career Plan:
1) Resetting team volume requirements.
2) Revised rank advancement bonuses to pay immediately upon achievement.
3) Criteria for Inactive Designer conversion to Customer status.
4) Requirements to maintain team – effective July 1
5) Career title maintenance requirement – effective July 1
