Meet Some of Our Top September Designers + Get Their Tips for Success

Christina & Megan Nguyen & Alexa Taylor – Director (Owlette Team)

Number three this month in Personal Sales

How did you step up your sales efforts in September?

“We utilized the Force For Good® set, along with sharing education and awareness on suicide prevention. We have lost so many teens in our community. September’s Force For Good set really connected with so many people. We donated 100% of our profits on the “You Matter, Like, A Lot” sets to a local organization that helps educate teens on suicide prevention. We also had a great Jewelry Bar® with over $1,100 in sales and that Hostess joined our team. We are so excited for her!”

What do you believe has made the biggest impact on your monthly sales?

“Practicing the O2 Vital Behaviors and being smart with social media. We did a lot of Facebook Lives and got quite a few sales when we shared and went live on social media. Our Customer base also shared on their social media channels, which was very impactful.”

How would you encourage others to grow their sales?

“Never give up! Find something you are passionate about and connect with it (e.g. the Force For Good sets and educating while sharing the beautiful Lockets). Always use your O2 Vital Behaviors and of course, never leave home without wearing your jewelry!”

What is your favorite part about your Origami Owl business?

“Our favorite part is the stories we hear and of course, working together. Seeing my daughters blossom with their self-confidence is amazing.”

Anything else you’d like to add?

“Because September’s Force For Good was so important to us, we wanted to give back even more. We had Jewelry Bars set up and used the rewards to gift memorial Lockets to the moms who had lost a child to suicide. To be able to give back to them in this small way was the best part of our month.”

Julie & Eliana Perez-Flores – Senior Team Manager (Owlette Team)

Tied for first this month in Personal Sponsoring

How did you step up your sponsoring efforts in September?

“We try to keep up our sponsoring every month.”

What do you believe has made the biggest impact on growing your team?

“We believe that daily encouragement has made an enormous impact. Also, the new “Everybody Matters Rewards + Recognition Program” has been huge for not only growing our team, but also for reigniting those who have been inactive or close to inactive.”

How would you encourage others to grow their team?

“We look for and recognize those people (usually Customers) who have a passion for Origami Owl. One thing we do for Customers who love the watch, but are often put off by the price, is point out how the $99 “Getting Started” Starter Kit gives them over $225 in jewelry and business supplies, and a $100 USD | $130 CAD Retail Value Jewelry Credit where they can then purchase the Watch nearly for free! It’s a win-win, no-brainer! They’d spend roughly the same amount, so they might as well get three times as much jewelry and supplies and the opportunity to earn it all back and then some!”

What is your favorite part about your Origami Owl business?

“We love the ability to create something so meaningful for a Customer – a gift that truly connects!

Anything else you’d like to add?

“Work your O2 Vital Behaviors every single day!”
