New for the My O2 Connection App

  • New Business Dashboard Coming This February. We want you to have a convenient, quick view of your business in the app you use most along with key reports. So, we’ll be adding even MORE value to your app starting this February by including a new Business Dashboard, located in the “Business” icon on the bottom of your mobile app’s screen. This business dashboard is similar to the one in your Back Office, so you can peek at it wherever you are; while you’re on-the-go, track orders, activity and more! Stay tuned for the full, exciting announcement in February.
  • 10 New Training Videos Added to the O2 Training Academy. You asked, and we added them! From brief videos on how to import your contacts from your Contact Manager in your Back Office to your My O2 Connection app to managing your Contacts, these new training videos will walk you through a step-by-step process so you can understand how to get the most out of the tool. You can find the new videos by logging into your Back Office and going to Designer Resources > O2 Training Academy > My O2 Connection course (toward the bottom). They’ve also been added to your mobile and desktop app in a new section called “App Training Videos.”
  • New Jewelry Bar® Hostess Coaching Emails. We’ve just added an advanced tool to your app called “Automated Campaigns!” This feature will give you the opportunity to send a series of emails, timed to your desired date to your potential Hostesses or others. Use our new Jewelry Bar Hostess Coaching series two weeks before your Jewelry Bar to help your Hostess prepare and have a successful event! Be sure to log in to your Back Office and go to O2 Training Academy and the My O2 Connection App course to watch the Automated Email Campaigns video for details!

To subscribe to the My O2 Connection app, log in to your Back Office and go to Account > My Subscriptions and pay the fee. You’ll then be able to download the My O2 Connection mobile app from your App or Google Play store and log in with your Designer information.
