The L.E.A.D O2 Empowerment Summit 2020 is January 24-25, 2020 at The Scott Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.
This inspiring, two-day leadership event will give you the training you need to support your team and grow your business, plus, you’ll be the first to hear the newest announcements and innovations to help you take your business to the next level in 2020 and beyond!

Please note: You will receive a dedicated email when it’s your time to register. Space is limited. Also, you will not be able to create a room reservation in our special block until it’s your time to register. Your dedicated email will include a link to reserve your room.
Early Registration Fee = $175 USD | $233 CAD

Regular Registration Fee = $200 USD | $266 CAD

October 14 – October 24 = 2019 Parliament Members, Advisory Board Members, Executive Field Vice Presidents, Senior Field Vice Presidents, Field Vice Presidents, Executive Directors, Senior Directors and Directors
October 25 – November 4 = Executive Team Managers, Senior Team Managers, Team Managers, Executive Team Leaders and Senior Team Leaders
November 5 – November 15 = Team Leaders
November 16 – December 12 = Open to All Ranks Listed Above for the Regular Registration Fee
All leaders must register before the December 12 deadline.
Note: Designers who promote to Team Leader or above by November’s month-end close will have the opportunity to register for the L.E.A.D. Summit prior to December 21, if space allows.
Thursday, January 23 = 1 – 6 p.m. – On-site Check-In
Friday, January 24 = 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. – On-site Check-In
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Leadership Training
Saturday, January 25 = 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Leadership Training
