For New Designers

New Designers have an “opt-in” during their enrollment process that looks like this. They MUST select “yes” in order to get their free, three-month trial of the app:

Please note, if they “opt out” during the time of enrollment, they are declining the free trial period and the My O2 Connection app, and will not have access to the app.

Should they change their mind, they can later go into their Back Office and select Edit My Account > My Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions to pay for either the My O2 Connection app or the O2 Bundle, which includes access to the app. They will not be able to restore their free trial, however.

When they choose the free trial and the My O2 Connection app option they will have three months FREE with the app and then their card on file will be charged the following month on the 15th for the annual, $25 USD | $33 CAD fee. They will be reminded with an email before their card is charged.

  2. Search for “MyO2 Connection” or “O2 Connection” and look for the Olive the Owl icon.
  3. Download the app to your device.
  4. Log in using your Designer credentials – they’re the same as your Back Office login information.

Where to Access Training + Get a Peek at the App

We want to make sure that you can find the info you need to dig in and use this app! Technology doesn’t have to be overwhelming and this app isn’t.

  • Quick-Start Guide. For a basic, quick-start, you can find a PDF guide to the My O2 Connection app under the “Welcome New Designers” section of your Back Office, which is located in the top right corner. Simply click on the “Welcome New Designers” banner and then scroll to “My O2 Connection app” for that guide.
  • Short, Topic-Focused Training Videos. We wanted to give you videos that were less than five minutes each to address the training questions we hear most. We’ve broken down the training videos. You can find them in the My O2 Connection app under “App Training Videos” or in your Back Office under Designer Resources > O2 Training Academy > Tech and Tools > My O2 Connection App.
