If you’ve enjoyed our incentive trips in the past, we’re taking this one up a notch and giving you the chance to earn EVEN MORE towards your trip! You can earn a spot on the trip and then keep going to include a guest. Take it up a notch and you could earn travel vouchers to cover your airfare, too!
PLUS, you’ll also get your choice of a one day excursion and one of the choices will be a 1-day Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park base ticket since we’ll be so close to the park!

HOW TO EARN VACATION POINTS
Personal Volume
1 PV = 1 PT Must earn a minimum of 4,000 Points during program period.
PV of Personally Sponsored Designers
1 PV = 1.5 PT Updated daily.
BONUS VACATION POINTS
Paid As:
- 50 Vacation Points Senior Designer through Executive Team Leader
- 100 Vacation Points Team Manager through Executive Field Vice President
Advancement:
- 100 Vacation Points each time you advance in rank up to Executive Team Leader
- 200 Vacation Points each time you advance in rank to Team Manager or above for the first time
