Here’s how it works:
Qualifying Tier:
- Achieve Paid As Executive Team Leader during at least one month of the program period.
- Personally sponsor at least six (6) New Designers who each generate at least 100 PV during one month of the program.
- Personally generate at least 4,500 cumulative PV during the program period.
Achieve the Qualifying Tier’s criteria and you’ll receive a cash bonus of $250 USD/ $325 CAD!
Tier I
- Achieve Paid As Executive Team Leader during at least one month of the program period.
- Personally sponsor at least nine (9) New Designers who each generate at least 100 PV during one month of the program.
- Personally generate at least 6,000 cumulative PV during the program period.
Achieve Tier I’s criteria and you’ll receive the cash bonus from the Qualifying Tier AND the Tier I cash bonus of $500 USD/ $650 CAD!
Tier II
- Achieve Paid As Team Manager during at least one month of the program period.
- Personally sponsor at least twelve (12) New Designers who each generate at least 100 PV during one month of the program.
- Personally generate at least 9,000 cumulative PV during the program period.
- Generate a minimum of 18,000 cumulative Team Volume (TV) from Levels 1 and 2.
Achieve Tier II’s criteria and you’ll receive the Qualifying Tier cash bonus of $250 USD/$325 CAD, the Tier I cash bonus of $500 USD/ $650 CAD, PLUS the Tier II cash bonus of $750 USD/$975 CAD.
Top 3 Overall
Achieve the top three in sales during the program period based on cumulative Team Volume (TV), which is generated by New Designers in your Levels 1 and 2, and you’ll receive a luxury gift basket valued at $500 USD/ $650 CAD with a look curated by Origami Owl Co-Founder and CEO Chrissy Weems on top of your Qualifying Tier, Tier I and Tier II rewards!
