These Designers worked hard earning Personal Volume (PV) and helping their new, Personally Sponsored Designer earn PV, and have earned a Trip for 1 or a Trip for 2 to Costa Rica.
Congratulations to the following Designers who will be adventuring in beautiful Costa Rica next summer.
Check out their tips for achieving this trip so you can join them in Costa Rica, too!
Figure out how many points you need a month to qualify and make it a goal for yourself.
Come up with a strategy that works for you and don’t be afraid to ask for help!!
Host fundraisers with schools, churches and/or organizations. But most of all:
Connect with people emotionally, show how much they mean to you!
Share with your friends, family and customers a small piece of jewelry or charms that are meaningful to them.
Always express your love and enthusiasm for Origami Owl!
Speak of how great O2 is and how generous and empowering the founders are!
Sponsoring is a beautiful thing, sharing is caring!! Bring in your best customers and your family, then help them achieve their highest potential, by encouraging their friends and family to support them!!
Never, ever be pushy, the right people will read your energy and will be contaminated with your enthusiasm!
“Set your personal volume (PV) goals for the month and divide them into weekly goals. Work on your business daily, keeping track of what your goal for that week is. This allows you to take things one day at a time and helps pace you so at the end of the month, you don’t feel overwhelmed trying to reach it all at once. (If you really want to earn the trip), sponsor, but sponsor with intention. Follow up with your New Designer, learn their goals, and help them achieve them. In doing so, not only are you helping them, but you’re also building your Points.”
“Stay Focused and Create a Plan. You have a little more than 5 months left so break that down into how many points per month you need. Take the number of points per month and figure out how you’re going to earn them. Think about the PV goal and then work on a sponsoring goal. Helping your New Designers find success, not only is extremely fulfilling, but it earns you 1.5 points per PV they earn! Any points you don’t earn in your current month, carry that over to the next month and that becomes your new monthly points goal for that month. Also, always believe in yourself. Find an accountability partner, make sure to work with your Mentor and track your progress daily in your Back Office! It’s also fun to ‘visualize’ your goal, so be sure you are completing your tracker from the Back Office, your active in our Costa Rica Facebook group and you keep reminders around your work space and home as subtle motivating reminders!”
“Last year my team had four brand new Designers and first-time trip earners! Believe in yourself and follow the action steps above. Nothing is unachievable – I believe in you! Feel free to reach out if you need anything; I’m always here to help!”
“Follow up with all Customers. If you don’t have a solid base of Customers, start doing events. Events will bring you Jewelry Bars® and repeat Customers. Stock the basics so a Customer can build a Living Locket and go.”
“The BEST action you can take is to help your new Designers to get started right away – DO NOT WAIT! New Designers need a Launch Party to introduce their friend and family to ALLLLL the amazing-ness Origami Owl has to offer. Doesn’t matter if it’s online or in-home – it just needs to happen! By helping your new Designers launch, you are BOTH getting an accelerated advantage to trip points!
Also, if you want to earn this trip, you have GOT to SPONSOR. It’s all about working smarter, not harder – and by sponsoring you are doubling your efforts to earn points! Not to mention – you can help someone new earn an all-expenses paid trip, too. Now THAT’S exciting! Share the opportunity as much as possible, with everyone, and then help them to get started RIGHT AWAY. This holiday collection is incredible and you’ll BOTH reap the rewards!”
“My number one tip for earning Costa Rica would be to break up necessary points into monthly goals. This allows you to know how many points per month you need from personal sales and/or sponsoring. I found it best to do a combination of both, but aside from the 4,000 Adventure Points you need from personal sales, you can earn this trip the way that is best for you and your business! Here are additional tips from Erin that she shared in the Costa Rica: O2 Adventure 2020 Facebook Group!”
